It is organized every year between November to March, however month may vary. Every year dates are announced & traveler can plan their booking as per their convenience. How to Travel or reach & Cost
We have visited by Road from Ahmedabad by our own vehicle as we also wanted to visit Mandvi. However it is well connected by Air, Train & Road.
Air: Nearest Airport is Bhuj Airport but Direct Flight is only from Mumbai & Ahmedabad. Best Air Connectivity from all parts is Ahmedabad. From here there are multiple options to Travel.
Train: Nearest Train Station is Bhuj Station, which is quite connected with other major cities of India. It is around 85 KM from Bhuj Station. Bus Service is available outside station for To & Fro Facility at fixed timings.
Road: By Road it is well connected. From Bhuj it is 85 KM (1 Hour 30 Minutes Approx.) & Ahmedabad Approx 400 KM with a Travel Time of 8 Hours.
Number of Days Plan & Itinerary
2 Nights 3 Days must be planned for Kutch Festival & few nearby visit, of which itinerary is as below:
1st Day: Arrival at Tent City, Lunch & Rest. Roam around the tent city & explore during evening & night hours. Also enjoy the evening cultural events & shows.
2nd Day: Explore activities multiple activities Golf Cart, Paramotoring etc. Visit & Explores to White Desert in 2nd Half. Vehicle are there, which takes to White Desert on regular intervals. Explore some of the activity of Camel Ride, ATV Rides & others.
3rd Day: Visit to Kala Dungar. It is the highest point of Kutch & you will get a Panoramic View of Kutch.
